At the end of our work up cycle which focused on the extraction and characterization of phytochemicals principles of skin care plant in Kisangani case of Alchornea floribunda (Euphorbiaceae) conditions and Tetrorchidium didymostermon (Euphorbiaceae).
To check and list skin infections, we descended at some health centers of the city of Kisangani, identify by interview, types of this kind of disease affecting the population.
Thus the leaves of plants tested, have formed the body on which we could carry chemical screening and isolation of active ingredients major principles major assets.
It is apparent from consideration of the results, the following constant:
• The result of the interview revealed to us that in the city of Kisangani contamination of the infection starts at the age from 6 months to 50 years.
• The chemical screening test has revealed that there is a total absence of Quinone’s and alkaloids in leaves of two plants; terseness and sterols are absent in the Tetrorchidium didymostermon; leuco anthrocyanins are absent in the Alchornea floribunda; cyanides are present in both plants as nitrates, nitrites, and oxalates are absent in all plants studied ;
• The isolation yield of tannin is 11,88% of tannins in the leaves of Alchornea floribunda and 19,36% of those in tannins Tetrorchidium didymostermon;
• By achieving the total extracts, water and ethanol were shown best solvents for quantitative extraction with respectively 8% and 6% for Alchornea floribunda, 11,2 and 11% and, 2% Tetrorchidium didymostermon.
