la RDC a manifestée une volonté politique pour faire progressé le processus APA;
• Signature du protocole septembre 2011; • A travers les correspondances du premier Ministre;
• Désignation du correspondant national;
• Ratification, le 04 février 2015; • La RDC dispose d’un Centre d’échange sur l’APA géré au niveau du site de la CDB;
Mise en œuvre du Protocole de Nagoya sur APA en RDC
INTRODUCTION
La RDC est bénéficiaire des deux projets sous régionaux /COMIFAC avec un projet au niveau national;
1)mise en œuvre de l’accès aux ressources génétiques et partage des avantages APA/ dans les pays COMIFAC ;
2) Ratification et mise en œuvre du Protocole de Nagoya par les pays membres de la COMIFAC
Le succès du Protocole de Nagoya dépendra de la mise en œuvre efficace au niveau national des outils et mécanismes ci-après, notamment:
- Signature et ratification/Adhésion;
- arrangement institutionnel ;
- identification des acteurs;
- Respect des engagements;
- Signature des contrats claires & transparents
