Coopération bilatérale
La coopération scientifique et technique existante entre la République Démocratique du Congo et les pays partenaires pour la mise en œuvre des résolutions et recommandations sous la Convention sur la diversité biologique consiste notamment à un transfert des technologies dans le domaine de la communication et de la formation des cadres.
