L'étude biométrique portant sur 160 specimens provenant de trois biotopes différents ( Ancienne route buta,Plateau médical,ile Kongolo) a permis de conclure que:La population de Bufo regularis aux environs de Kisangani ne présente pas d'homogénéité absolue.Les deux branches de la rivière LINDI entourent l’ile kongolo foment une barrière géographique et entraine une microévolution dans la population.
