Une étude de l'abondance relative des mollusques hotes intermédiaires de Schistosomes est réalisée à Kisangani.6 sites sur 12 hébergent ces mollusques ont été choisis au hasard à travers la ville. Nos resultats montrent l'abondance de:Bulimus forskalii par rapport à Biomphalaria camerunensis et Bulimus globosus. Les fluctuations des populations sont importantes dans l'ensemble des sites étudiés.Bulimus forskalii est presque partout abondant. Les fluctuations mensuelles ne sont pas apparamment liées aux saisons. B.globosus est surtout abondant à WAGENIA où sa population subit d'importantes fluctuations de juillet à novembre, cette période correspond à l'étiage sur le fleuve.B.camerunensis est abondant à KABONDO et MAKISO II. Ses fluctuations sont particulièrement observées à KABONDO, où elles sont liées au drainage.
