Notre étude a portée porté sur le cycle de reproduction de Bufo regularis REUSS 1831 dans la ville de Kisangani. Nous avons travaillé sur 239 crapauds regroupant 148 femelles et 91 males. Cette étude s’est étendue sur une période allant, de juin I985 à mai 1986.Nous avons trouvé que:Bufo regularis se reproduit au courants de toute l:année;il y a production continuelle de spermatozoides chez les males; les fluctuations dans la reproduction sont liées aux précipitations.
