Notre étude concerne l'espèce Bufo regularis REUSS 1834 (Anura, Bufonidae). Un élevage de larves nous a permi à suivre les différentes étapes de la métamorphose qu'elles cucsent. Pour y parvenir, nous avons observé et prélévé la ponte d'un couple trouvé in copula dans le bassin expérimental de la Faculté des Sciences. Le développement s'est poursuivi"intra-muros" dans un aquarium, dans des conditions plus ou moins naturelles, jusqu'au-delà de la métamorphose.
