Ce travail porte sur l'étude palynologique de vingt-cinq espèces de la famille Asteraceae récoltées dans la Sous-Région Urbaine de Kisangani.
Dans l'établissement de la clé, nous avons aussi tenu compte des 12 espèces étudiées il y a 2ans par notre aîné Katanga.
L’observation attentive de ces grains de pollen nous a permis d'affirmer l'homogénéité de la famille Asteraceae vu qu'ils répondent tous aux caractères asteroïdes tels que décrits par ERSTHAN (1952), malgré les différences significatives observées entre les espèces.
L'établissement do la clé de détermination basée sur ces différences, montre qu'on peut recourir à la palynologie pour classer les taxa végétaux.
