Nous avons étudié la distribution des lianes dans la forêt de Yasikia. cette forêt se situe au point kilométrique 31(axe routier Kisangani Opala).
L'inventaire floristique des lianes (DBH ≥ 5 cm) a été fait dans des placettes de 50m x 50m, le long du megatransect.
Nous avons inventorié 1057 individus repartis en 54 espèce, 32 genres et 16 familles. Parmi les espèces les plus abondantes, 3 seulement( Manniophylon fulvum, Agelaea rubiginosa et Dalhousiea africana) présentent une distribution spatiale agrégée.
La surface terrière totale est évaluée à 4,493 m2 par hectare.
