Dans ce travail sont présentées les données de la régénération naturelle d'Acajou d'Afrique (Khaya anhtotheca)(Meliaceae), espèce anémochore très fréquente dans la forêt secondaire et peu fréquente dans la forêt primaire de la réserve de la Yoko dans 800 placettes couvrant une superficie de 8000 m². L'étude n'étant pas diachronique, on a recensé 166 plantules de différentes hauteurs qui sont reparties en 4 strates de croissance.
