L'etude sur les relations ecologiques entre les lianes et leurs hotes dans les forets primaires de MASAKO, nous a conduit a recenser 958 pieds d'arbres et 1229 lianes. Dans l'ensemble nous avons reconnus huit familIes commune entre les lianes et les arbres.L'element guineo-congolais pour les lianes et les arbres est reconnu dominant avec un taux de 69,57% et 70,6% respectivement. Pour l'habitat prefere, les lianes des forets secondaires sont majoritaires (41%) alors que chez les arbres ce sont les especes des forets primaires (47%). L'Existence d'une competition pour la Lumiere fait que la plus part des especes soient hyliophyles : 49% et 61%.Les sarcochores ce sont distingues a MASAKO avec 73;5% pour les lianes et 60,6% pour les arbres.La moyenne de la surface terriere des lianes est tres inferieure a celIe des arbres : 1,31m2/ha et 48,04m2/ha.62% des arbres soutiennent les lianes et Ie nombre des lianes par arbre est 1,28.
