Le présent travail avait pour but la détermination de coefficient moyen de forme de Scorodophloeus zenkeri dans la réserve floristique de Loweo à Yangambi.
Ce coefficient moyen de forme a été fait à partir d'un échantillon des 226 tiges dont les paramètres dendrométriques tels que le diamètre à hauteur de la poitrine (DHP), le diamètre à fin bout (DFB), la hauteur fût (Hf) et la hauteur totale (Ht) ont fait l'objet du calcul des volumes.
Après calcul du volume de Smalian et le volume du cylindre, le rapport nous a donné le coefficient moyen de forme 0,70 ce qui a confirmé notre hypothèse.
La relation entre le DHP avec la hauteur fût a permis de trouver les équations de régressions dont on a considéré l'équation de régression linéaire : Hf = 0,49039 + 29,7096 DHP
