Le présent travail a pour but d'élaborer un tarif de cubage de sapelli (Entandrophragma cylindricum) dans la concession forestière de FORABOLA, chantier Lileko, Territoire de Basoko (Province Orientale, RDC).
L'élaboration de ce tarif de cubage s'est faite à l'aide d'un échantillon de 50 grumes Entandrophragma cylindricum dont le diamètre à chaque 2m de la grume, la longueur du fut ont fait l'objet de calcul de volume individuel des grumes.
Après analyse des équations de régression et les tests statistiques, nous avons retenu le modèle puissance (y=0,006286x2,10055254) comme l'équation de tarifde cubage.
Il s'agit ici d'un tarif local à une entrée pour l'essence étudiée et n'est applicable que pour les tiges de Dhp variant entre 60 et 159cm, pour la zone inventoriée et pour les arbres sur pieds.
